When Commissioning Portraits
The reference you provide should clearly show the person's features(be it yourself, a loved one, or an OC,) so as to paint them as accurately as possible with my style.
When Commissioning Character Portraits
You should provide visual and/or written reference. Written reference should be detailed as possible to paint the character as accurately as possible. In the case that your OCs has armor, references is a must.
Pertaining to Copyright
I retain copyrights, as granted to me by the US Copyright Law, and the Moral Rights of the images I produce. The client, which refers to the person who send the payment, retains all the rights of their character(s).
I retain full commercial and distribution rights of any images I produce. This mean I am able to make prints, digital portfolios, stickers, etc. of my work. The client may use the commissioned image at any size as they please for personal use only*.
*Personal use excludes any and all commercial purposes (logos, selling prints, etc.) No profit is to be made off the image. If posted online, it is preferred that you give credit to me as the artist. Alterations or edits to the final product are not allowed without my written consent.
