1. Unless otherwise discussed, all work purchased from the artist is considered PERSONAL use artwork. Therefore you may not use the artwork in any of the following ways:

*You may not use the art to make a profit.
*You may not alter or trace the artwork in any way without the consent of (I) the artist.
*You may not claim ownership of the artwork.
*You may not claim to have created the artwork.

1. The artist retains full rights to all of their work. This includes (but is not limited to) copying, editing, printing, re-posting and selling.

2. Once a job has been accepted and work has begun, The artist will send the client a WIP sketch for approval. Revisions MUST be requested during this stage. I will not do revisions outside of the initial commission proposal after the sketch is approved unless an agreement has been made prior.

3. NSFW artwork is available on a case-by-case basis. The artist reserves the right to refuse an NSFW proposal for any reason.

4. The artist reserves the right to refuse any job for any reason, without having to disclose the reason.

5. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rudeness, or a breach of these ToS.

6. If work is to be displayed in any way outside of the Artist's&Client's website by the client, proper credit MUST be given.

7. The artist must be informed whether the work to be produced is for Commercial Use or not BEFORE work begins.

8. This ToS is subject to change. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
