I reserve the right to turn down any commissions that I may feel uncomfortable doing.
After at least half the payment has been received, along with all the information I require, I will do the sketch stage. Once that is complete, I will then show you. Any major alterations can be made here (however, I will not do a re-draw of the sketch or pose. If you have a particular pose in mind, please tell me before I start). Once this has been approved, I will go on and ink the sketch. If you wish to see the inking stage, please let me know and I will show you. Any minor alterations can be made here. I will then go ahead and colour. I will show you the image for approval and if the second half of the payment has not already been paid, will be due. The only changes to be made will be if I screw up the colours in some way. Once approved, I will post it here and send you a copy of the full resolution, if you wish.
If unreasonable amount of time has passed and you are unhappy and the commission is not finished, we can discuss a refund. However, a full refund will only happen if no work has been started on your commission, otherwise the balance of the commission price will be credited back to you. I.e. If you ordered a full colour commission worth $25 and I completed the line work, you would only receive $10 in your refund.
