1. Read my terms of service before you sent me your order. I assume full understatement and acceptance of the terms when you place your order.
2. Take into account that you must provide me with references.
3. Once we're agree on the briefing, I will draw a sketch based on the references provided and I'll show it to you. You have two chances to make revisions over the sketch. After that, there won't be more future revisions. I will make sure that we have an agreement before finishing your commission.
4. Backgrounds are not considered within the price of the commission. If you want to request a background, I'll give you a new price.
5. After you accept the sketch, I'll finish your commission.
6. I need a one-two weeks to finish your commission. This time might extend because of health issues. When your commission is done, I will note you and you must send the payment. Once I've received the payment, I will provide the finished work.
7. Feel free to ask me for the current status of your order but please be comprehensive. If for some reason I can't finish your commission in time, I will let you know. I manage a public list that you can check before asking me directly.
8. Please feel free to tell your feedback about my artwork, it is very appreciated.
9. All commission artwork will be included in my portfolio and posted in my websites with the respective credits. Please contact me if you wish to not post your commission in my art website.
