I put it at one week to be safe, in case real life jumps in and kicks my butt, but likely, you'll get it sooner than that.
You'll get a 300dpi digital copy of your request and you're free to print it at your leisure for personal use only. The print size should come out to a little under 8.5" x 11" inches. It's done on that size paper and uses as much of the paper as possible to fit the character.
