HALF BODY COLORED

1. I am currently only doing digital commissions.

2. I can draw any gender, profile pictures, album art, logos, original characters, fan art, couples (x2 price), and animal features (ears, tails, horns, etc.).
3. I price my commissions in order of size. When drawing characters, I can do chibi, bust, half body, full body.
4. Colored commissions will be $6 more.
5. I will need a reference for any specific characters. A colored reference if applicable, +$3 without a colored reference. I will have to guess colors.
6. I am currently still practicing with mecha, anthros/furries, highly detailed weapons, and NSFW. This means they are not currently priced and not available.

7. I do NOT draw in any style other than my own. Please look at my art to see if it is what you would like.

8. I accept PayPal only, and I only begin the commission AFTER payment is done.

9. Once the payment is completed I will begin working as soon as possible and will be able to send progress pictures to make sure that I am going in the right direction.
10. If no payment is sent, the customer will have a spot for 7 days. After this, the placeholder will be removed and the process must start over again.
11. A sketch will be sent before I continue with line art and even coloring.
12. I work in the order that commissions come.
13. All prices are set. I do not do refunds and I don’t have any discounts.

14. If I have a limited time discount, I will announce it.

15. I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to my art.

16. This means I can still use the image for producing, selling, and/or posting to my own portfolios and galleries.
17. The client may use the commission at any size FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. This excludes commercial purposes. No profit is to be made off my art.
18. If the commission is posted online, I require that you list me as the creator.
19. Alterations to the commission are NOT ALLOWED without my written consent. I am open to commercial usage rights, but you will need to contact me for details.

20. Adoptables/Character Designs purchased from me are NOT to be resold under ANY circumstances without my written consent.

21. I reserve the rights to terminate a commission at any time I see fit, or refuse work from any person at any time.

22. I reserve the right to cancel and/or refund a commission at any time due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or the inability to communicate in a way we can both understand.
23. If a refund needs to happen, I will refund the remaining balance of the commission less work and materials, depending on the situation.
24. Depending on the circumstances, the customer may or may not receive the completed work and will not retain any usage rights whatsoever.

25. There are NO refunds on completed work.
