Fully rendered character, with vibrancy and hype for that character turned up to max level. Max 1 character.
Normally for these, I do 4~5 levels of cel shading with some soft/gradient shading. However, if there's a specific way you want the image shaded, please let me know beforehand! (Ex: if you want me to replicate the Sonic channel style, I've got you covered.)
