First time commissioning from Kygoo, and definitely not the last time. Started out by me sending a load of pictures and a probably vague request. I commissioned during the holidays and while he had 6 other commissions lined up first, that he informed me about and that it will take a bit of time before he could start on mine. Within 2 days from approved I got a nice rough sketch. And soon after I got a clean sketch and got asked for extra details. After I added on the extra details (jewelry) 2 days later a base color sketch came in for a last time approvement, asking again if there was need for changes. As it already was looking perfect. I received a final preview and ultimately the final version. Which comes in a high quality 2480x3507 resolution in my case. Kygoo is quick on the responses and the work itself. Pleasure to have worked with him and again definitely not the last time ^^
