Disclosure
Before you proceed on commissioning! Here are some information that you might need to know about my past commissions. I opened my commissions slots before around JUNE 2017 to JULY 2017 and I failed to do 2 commission works simply because of I don’t have enough time and have been overwhelmed with the amount of works i have to do.

Both of the commissioners have been refunded fully but still I have wasted their time waiting on a work that I will never finish.

I still feel guilty about it which is why I made this disclosure statement.

Deadlines
Commissions will usually end within 1 - 2 weeks[or more depending of the type of commission]. If it happens that the work ends up taking longer than that. I’ll make sure to inform you guys in advance as to why I won’t be able to continue working on it forawhile.

Will do 1 - 2 commissions at a time. If I am currently working on 2 commissions at the moment then yours will be put in queue / waitlist. I will get back to you within 1 - 2 weeks for the meantime you can ask me stuffs about the details of the commissions or just chat with me since i am lonely.

As the Artist
I have all the rights on the works that I have done. I will be able to repost the work that I have created for you. But, I will not post the full resolution of the work. Only you and me will have the full resolution of the work I’ve done for you.

I will also not going to sell any works that I’ve created for a commission.

As the Client
You will receive the PSD file and the Full-resolution Image. You can use the commissioned work for personal use only [Such as: altering the image, re-posting it online, using it as your profile image, etc.]

What you can’t do with the commissioned work is to use it for commercial use or take credit of the work [commercial use: Re-printing the image with the intent of selling it, using it for an advertisement, adding the image to your website or fb page]

Although they are exemptions to adding the image to your page or using it for a FB page. As long as the website and fb pages is for personal use [blog sites, shit posting pages, etc. ] or for a non-profit organization.

Basically as long as nobody is generating money from the finished work then you can do whatever you want with it!

For Commercial Use
Now, if you still want to use the finished work for commercial use. Their will be an additional fee to be added and also some signing of contracts. To ensure that the rights of the finished work will be transferred to you!

Things that I can and can’t draw
Fanarts: Now, drawing fanarts is basically against the law if you look at it. BUT! As long as the original creators never gave any clear restriction about the fanarts then it is totally cool to draw them. So yeah, I can draw any characters from any series.
Original Characters of other INDIE artists: On the otherhand, Artists that doesn’t work for any large companies tend to be more protective of their work. So, I might require you to contact the artist themselves first if they are cool with it.
Your Original Character: I am totally cool drawing your characters!
Fetishes: I can draw the more shallow type of fetishes anything deeper is a no [ex. of fetishes I won’t draw: Inflation, deformation, hard gore, etc.] [Just ask me if I am willing to draw that specific type of fetish if you are unsure!]
Yaoi: Depends. If the other character is trap-looking then sure! If not then no.
NSFW: Is totally cool!

TL;DR
I failed to do 2 commissions last year [don't worry those clients were refunded]
Takes 1 - 2 weeks to finish the illustration.
NO Refunds
I will be posting the finished commissions online [ with lower resolution ]
