Before commissioning me, you must agree the terms and conditions listed below.
Permissions
Primarily, I retain all rights to my art and have right to upload it to my galleries online. If I was about to use your commission in an art book atc., I will contact you for your permission as the owner of the character. You're not allowed to use the commissioned piece for any profitable reason, e.g. selling it as prints in any form without my agreement. Other than that you can do as you please with the Art and such as long as there won't be misuse of copyrights.
The customers may have their identity hidden if they wish so. If you don’t want your name/username to be used with the commissioned work, please let me know that in good time (in your initial request if possible).
Refunds
I always try to please my customers as best I can. Unfortunately, my work is always bound to my current level of skills, so doing my best is all I can do. That's why I won't refund you if you're dissatisfied with the picture in general. Instead of that, I'm always compliant to refund you if you think that too much time has passed on your commission (where I trust in your sense of time and temperance, I can’t offer both fast and good quality) or if the final product isn’t equivalent to the briefing.
Revisions
If you're not satisfied with some certain parts in the commissioned piece, feel free to ask me to edit it. However, please try to ask for any major changes when you get the preliminary sketch if possible. I am authorized to charge an extra fee for any major changes later in the process if it could have been seen/made in the preliminary sketch.
I will remove the PSD files from my files eventually, so when receiving the completed work, please make sure to look over the picture before approving it.
Time of completion
I take only few commissions at a time to make sure that it won't take too long to finish them. Please notice that I must be impartial and work according to the queue - commission(s) of the first in the queue will receive the completed work first, and so on.
If you want your commission to be completed by a certain date, please let me know about it in your initial request (include it to the commission form). I can’t change time, so please be reasonable with your request (I’m not able to make a fully rendered illustration for the next day). I always try my best and that takes some time, so very urgent works will also cost extra.
Content
I can pretty much draw anything given references or detailed descriptions, though my strengths are animals/animal like creatures. As my gallery tends to vary in style, I could try to create the piece requested in a particular style you want.
I will NOT draw:
- Fetish art (ask if mild)
- Exaggerated anatomy parts
- Vore
- Underage characters in suggestive way
- Offensive themes
I am willing to draw NSFW content for a small extra fee (all characters portrayed must be over 18).
