FULL BODY COLORED COMMISSION

For Commissioner

1. You may post and distribute the art work at any site with credit and link back to my website / tumblr / AnC profile.

2. You may not resell, re-edit, reproduce any of my work that is made by me for any form of merchandising, any means for profits, promotion and organizations.

3. When a commission start.
   At any rate during the process of the commission, you can cancel it at any given time.
   However, you will be not be able to receive the partial work done. The refunding amount will be decided by me, a full refund will be given if the commission have not started or less then 5%.

For Artist

1. I reserve 100% all copyright to my work, even if the image are not of my own. I reserved the rights to redistribute, reproduce, re-edit it for future purposes such as promotional, websites or personal usage.

2. At any given rate / time during the commission, I reserved the rights to cancel without full explanation.
   Only Applies to: Rude, Abusive, None-Responsive, Harassment or any form of unacceptable conduct and behavior.

Pricing

1. I retain the rights to alter the pricing at my discretion according the range of styles, complications or simplicity upon requests.

2. Pricing for extra characters, special requests will be handle separately.

Payment

1. Commission will NOT be accepted until at least a partial or full payment has been send and it may be dropped if the commissioner fails respond within 3 working days.
   If you need more time, please let me know, I am flexible for changes.

Edits and Changes

*I would usually do a base sketch first for approval before line-art and color.

1. Sketch commissions have 2 free rounds of approval stage,
   any further changes will cost $3 - 8 per request per changes.

2. For larger commissions (above $55+), all sketch approval stage is free. Any any given rate, any changes after the sketch approval in the line-art, color or special requests like extra characters will be charge with additional pricing.
   Pricing differ due to request complications.

3. Before I fully color and render an image, I will present flat color first for approval. It is the commissioner's responsibility to correct character errors at this point.

Request to change the entire image's color:
Depends on the depth and how much color takes to render the image, pricing is differs.
( If your illustration doesn't require more then 2 color the pricing will be $5+ )

a. As much as it takes time and care to work on linear-arts, it takes a lot of time and effort to color and renders an image.

b. If a color mistake that occurs and it is my own fault, I will happily recolor the image at no cost.

Refund Policy

I do not issue refunds, partial of full on any processed work once completed.

Other Commission Request

1. I do not draw mecha, porn, gore, hentai, yaoi, yuri or any other adult related hardcore fantasies.

What I do

1. Fanart, OC, BG, game characters, pin-ups, sexual, chibis, cute, children or any particular style you want.
   Or show me the style you are looking for and I will do the rest of the work.
