You may not use any artwork I post without tagging me / giving credit and linking back to any of my homepages, if I find that you have done so, reports may be filed. Theft is against the law, please be respectful.
I take payment before I start my work. If you are commissioning me for more than $25 worth of art, we can discuss payment plans, but otherwise I take full price immediately before I start working.
I have the right to reject your commission as I see fit
Some Reasons why I might reject:
- I don't have the capabilities of drawing your character
- My commissions are closed
- Any of my rules have been broken by you in the past
I have the right to stop working on your commission at any time. I WILL refund you if I do this.
Some Reasons why I might stop working:
- I've become too busy
- I find I don't have the capabilities to draw your character
- You break any of my rules while I work
Do not steal my work. I hope this is a given.
If I create an art piece that does have serious quality concerns, you as a commissioner are welcome to contact me about the issue. I am very customer oriented and want to make the buyer happy! But I do try to price my work fairly and provide quality pieces.
Understand I do have my own art style. If I forget important parts of your characters outfit, Please let me know specifics! There can never be too many details in your commission request, details are always helpful, and I don't take any liberties you aren't okay with.
I have the right to blacklist you as I see fit. If I find you, the commissioner, have scammed or stolen anything, have been blacklisted by other artists, or I have been warned about you, I can block and blacklist you.
