GENERAL RULES:
Please write in clean, legible sentences. Not a jumbled sea of paragraphs. Also please be clear in your order what you aim for.
Poor attitude and/or negative behavior won't be tolerated. Choosing not to follow my rules will result with a cancellation on your commission.
PAYMENT:
All commissions must be paid in full and upfront. Currency is only accepted through Paypal.
MEANWHILE:
Work in progress will only be automatically shown if the commissioner personally asks for it or if I have questions for the commissioner.
Commissions can take from a day to two weeks depending on- order of commission, complexity, and work.
You will be told ASAP if any of the above problems are happening.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
I will always try my best to make sure my customers will like what they get. But- if I've completely finished a commission-only small changes can be made (ex: colouring mistake, accidental marks,etc.)
Any bigger changes (background change, outfit change, etc.) will come with an extra fee.
COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY:
I'm the artist. Therefore I have all rights to the final drawing, not the commissioner.
I'm allowed to use my artwork to
= promote myself in any site or place
= display it anywhere to my liking
= publish it
Commissioners are allowed to
-claim right to character(s) but not the drawing itself
- Use the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY
- print the art
- promote themselves with the art- with proper credit to the artist of course.
break any of these rules and you will be stripped of all the rights you had to the drawing.
WHAT COUNTS AS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
-Recreating or using the artwork for money in any way.
-Taking credit for making the artwork
-Removing any watermarks or signatures
-Altering the artwork without my consent
MONETARY RIGHTS:
A purchase of monetary rights to my artwork will always be 300% of the price.
Meaning= You can use the artwork to make any sort of merch you want. Books, Covers, Props, you can even change it to your liking and promote your brand with it. HOWEVER, you still have to provide the credit of original artist, even if altered or edited.
FINALLY
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me, natsilverstar, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
