You As the Commissioner:

You may upload work done for you anywhere as long as you credit to me and a link back to my Gaiaonline/ Instagram/ A+C profile

You may cancel your commission before I give you the line art. Once I start coloring, a refund will not be taken unless something happened and you absolutely cannot pay. I understand that something could come up, so I can be a little flexible.

You may not edit my work or credit it as your own. No recolor or re positioning.

You may not reproduce the image on merchandise/products, etc. for the purpose of selling it. However merchandise/products created for personal use is allowed.

Me As the Artist:

I have copyright over all of my work, even if the characters in the image are not mine. I have the right to distribute, reproduce and copy for sales or self promotion, unless requested to be private by the commissioner.

I have the right to cancel at any time, providing an explanation to you as to why I have canceled. A full refund will be given of course.

Pricing:

I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. I will let the commissioner know what I consider "complicated."

Payment

Half of the payment is due up front before I start, and the rest if paid after I send you the final watermarked product, the watermark will be lifted when you've fully paid.

The commission is not accepted until at least partial payment has been sent. The commission may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours. However, If you need more time, please let me know!
