TERMS OF SERVICES


I. GENERAL
1. Give references and details. Preferably a picture or visual reference rather than textual reference.
2. Commissioners will pay for the Paypal transaction fee.
3. If I have to design your character, additional design fee of $20-50.00 will apply.
4. I have the right to reject your commission if I am not comfortable in drawing it.


II. REVISIONS

1. Two (2) minor revisions for free: First revision on sketch/design/composition stage, second revision on base coloring stage.
**minor revision : additional item, expression change
** major revision : new pose, new background, different overall clothing.
2. Additional and major revision will be charged.


III. RIGHTS AND USAGE

1.DO NOT claim, edit, reproduce my artworks and/or use for commercial products. (e.g. monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, etc.) If it will be used for profit, you may purchase the license from me.
2. I, the artist,has the right to use/sell finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook. Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. Commissioned artworks will NEVER be sold as prints.


IV. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

1. Refunds and cancellations are accepted as long as it is reasonable. Fees will apply:
a. If commissioner cancels after rough sketch/composition stage, commissioner gets 50% of his payment.
b. If commissioner cancels on coloring stage, commissioner gets 10% of his payment.
c. If I, the artist, cancels, it's full refund.


NOTE: COMMISSIONING ME MEANS YOU AGREE ON TERMS MENTIONED. IF YOU, THE CLIENT, DID NOT READ THE TERMS OF SERVICES, I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISCONCEPTION.


PAYMENT

1. Full payment first before the requested art.
2. I only accept Paypal.


PROCEDURES OF COMMISSION

1. Read Terms of Services and everything mentioned above.
2. Fill up the following with subject title "Commission Request" :

3. Email me at zapata_storme@yahoo.com
4. I will reply within 24 hours, and will ask you to pay via paypal. I will send you an invoice. Please pay within one (1) week. If you can't, please specify when to pay and why not able in one (1) week.
5. While I am doing the commission, I will send you two (2) progress shots:
- first during sketch/composition stage
- second during coloring stage
6. I will send you the finished commission via email, and upload it on my deviantart account under commissions folder.
