~About the Artwork~
What you can do:
-Upload my work wherever you like as long as you credit me with a link to one of my profiles (instagram, twitter, etc.).
-Cancel your commission at any time before submitting your payment. Once the payment is submitted I will begin work so please cancel any projects before this stage.
-Request to purchase reselling rights for a fee.
What you cannot do:
-Reproduce or resell my work without permission (either digitally or printed on merchandise). You are welcome to ask if I will create a design for sale on t-shirts or other merch, but this WILL impact the price of the commission.
What I can do:
-Reproduce the image as I see fit. I retain all copyright to my work, even if the characters contained in the image are not my own.
-Cancel or delay a commission. If life catches up with me and causes me to no longer have time to complete your commission, I will discuss a cancellation or delay with you. Additionally, if you do not treat me with respect I will cancel or delay your commission. If a commission is canceled, you will be refunded. I will retain the rights to any portion of the commission that was completed.
What I will and will not draw:
-I will draw humans, ponies (MLP), anthers/furries, and other humanoid creatures.
-I will draw suggestive poses, artistic nudity, and violence.
-I will draw fan art, custom characters, and portraits of real people.
-I will NOT draw children in adult situations, super hardcore gore, or porn.

~About the Payment~
-I can change my prices at any time. I may do this if the commissioner requests extra work/details that are not included in my base price.
-Each commission is for one character only. I you want additional characters in your piece, prices will go up by $10/per character.
-Work on the artwork will begin once the payment is submitted to Artists and Clients. All work will be watermarked until the job is completed and paid for.

Refund Policy
-I do not issue refunds, partial or full, on work once completed and accepted by the client.

~Edits and Changes~
-Commissions will have a sketch approval stage and a flat color approval stage to ensure that everything is correct. I will not begin coloring unless the sketch is approved. I will not begin shading unless the flat colors are approved.
-Once an image is complete, I will charge $10 minimum to recolor an entire image.
