Terms of Service
Base price is subject to change due to difficulty and time spent on the piece. The Client will be notified and arrangements can be made.
The desired outcome must be clear with a detailed description and/or reference pictures.
The Client must give credit of the commissioned artwork when using it.
The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned artwork.
If the art is personal or time sensitive, the Artist will delay or refrain from public display.
If the Client has a valid complaint, a full refund can be given.
The Client must cancel commissions within a 48 hour period in order to get a full refund.
If the product is completed the Client may receive at most a 75% refund with a valid complaint.
If the Client has a valid complaint and demands a refund when the product is a WIP, the Client may receive a refund of at most 90% refund.
The Client must have payment ready at all times when commissioning.
The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By commissioning and/or sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.
