5$ for one character, 3$ for any additional after the first, in a style not unlike that of Legend of Zelda; Wind Waker. 2$ for complex/specific backgrounds. If you want multiple characters interacting, I won't add that to the price of however many characters you chose.
I often work at 500x500px, but otherwise can be specified. Nothing huge please, unless you have cash burning a hole in your pocket.
