No payment is require upfront. Can pay 50% of owed amount is paid upon to approval of sketch. REST of other 50% of the payment is expected upon to complete of the image.
For example: Commission worth -> 45$ so you can pay 50% of it for approval sketch to start. then Pay another half to complete!

- Applying for a Commission
My journal footer contains important information regarding my commission status. There are three main statuses:
"Commissions: Closed!" This means that I am absolutely closed. I may open a commission special through a journal, but otherwise, completely closed! Do not try to get a slot.
"Commissions: Open - Link" A commission status like this will say "Open" and will have a link to my current journal where I'm selling commissions. READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS included in the linked journal. They will explain how to get a commission.
"Commissions: Open" A light blue open commission status mean I'm open for commission but not actively looking. I may be taking it easy, or just being picky. You may send me a note in reference to a commission. Tell me what you want and I will then decide if I will accept the commission or not.
Please be thorough with your details. Personality, image references, pose details, etc, really help me to get drawing sooner. If I have to ask you a bunch of questions, it takes time waiting on your reply. If you don't care about specific clothing or poses, say so so that I don't have to ask!

- Refunds
At anytime I hold the right to drop your commission refund your money.
You may cancel at any time but are only eligible for a full refund if I have yet to begin your commission. Only partial refunds are given once a commission has been started.
*However, if I did not state that there would be a delay, and it's been 4 weeks with no completion, you may receive a full refund if I haven't started, or 90% if I have started it, regardless of where it's at in development. (EX: 5 weeks have passed after you ordered a full color commission. I've not contacted you with a reason for my slowness, but I've inked the picture so far. You are tired of waiting and may request a refund. You will receive 90% of your payment back, as well as the inked image. You get the art and the money as compensation for my slow service. This MUST be requested, however. If 4 weeks pass, I'm not going to automatically refund you and cancel the commission. This is merely an option if you are impatient and I'm going slow. If you choose to be refunded, I end the commission there and stop working on it. I wont refund you AND finish the commission.
- Discounts
When purchasing in bulk, there is a 15% discount if payment is made upfront or in two payments.
Bulk is considered 6 or more commissions at one time. This is a mix and match deal, meaning you can buy 3 reference sheets, 2 icons and one inked image, or you can buy 5 sketches and one inked image. As long as it's 6 or more commissions of any type. The rule is SIX OR MORE so please no haggling. 5 images doesn't count as 6.
Extras/Bouns
I will provide a fullsize image UPON REQUEST. I usually start out at more than 1500x1500 pixels, and resize to 900px max when posting. The fullsize is for you. You may not repost the fullsize version without my permission. If you're going to repost it without my permission (I will Chew your head D:
Do NOT rush me. If you have a deadline, please let me know ahead of time. Fees may be charged for urgent rush jobs. ~That, I have a kid around with me Now and Demand my time and pay attentions~
Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I will accept cash, money orders and checks(only from trusted commissioners) via snail mail. YOU are responsible for anything lost through the mail. Bounced check fees must be covered by you as well. If a check bounces, I will not accept checks from you ever again. (( for who under 18 and cant have paypal..MAY you sent money on SNAIL MAIL))
Civility costs nothing. I will not hesitate to promptly refuse any service due to a demanding, rude or pompous client.
I do my best to provide prompt, courteous and accurate artwork. If you are unsatisfied, PLEASE let me know. Don't just cry about it without telling me. I worry about whether or not my commissioners are happy because people are afraid to be honest, but PLEASE tell me if you're unhappy.
