We'll discuss this mostly in our chat over the commission. But I do have a few do and don't when taking on something.
1- I will not do any work where the subject is sexual in nature. That is not something I am interested in doing.
2- I won't do work where the subject is over-the-top violent or gore. Some might be fine, but nothing extreme.
3- I don't do landscape, and if you want one to go with a character, it will not be very well detailed. Nothing against it, I am just not that experienced with landscape. And yes, adding it to a commission will cost more.
4- Since I don't do landscape, that means I pretty much do work only with a clear subject in mind. This doesn't have to be a character, it can be some every day item if you want,
and can be from any genre you want, just know it has to be something. And if you want more then one subject added into, it will cost extra (price will depend on how complex the extra is).
5- Once the job is done, the artwork is yours, but I will still have the right to upload or submit it to any of my own gallery and such.
6- If you don't like the final product, I offer 2 revisions for the commission, or 5 for sketches. It takes time to complete these, especially if it is not a sketch. Little mistakes such as a spot that wasn't shaded can be fixed with no charge, but completely redoing it after the 2 revisions will cost extra.
7- For the best results possible, please send me any references you might have relating to the commission. This helps a lot with the process to get it done right.
8- For any commission that is not a sketch, I will do frequent progress checks so that you know where the art stands. And depending on the request, I will send messages that are required to continue forward with the artwork, but in most cases, this will just be the first sketch to see if the composition and design are right.
9- As mentioned above, I will send a quick sketch before I start on the commission. Once this is sent and accepted, there will be no refunds on the commission and I will see through that it completed, so if you change your mind, please do so before that.
I think that about covers everything that comes to mind. If there is any other concerns, we can discuss it over some messages.
