☾ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
☾If you would like me to not publicly post your commission on any of my sites, please inform me beforehand.
☾I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal, you may ask why.
COMMISSIONER
☾Commissioner may upload the commissioned piece to their sites as long as it is properly credited and linked back to any of my sites.
☾Commissioner may use the commissioned piece for personal use, such as editing and cropping for icons, wallpapers, layouts as long as i'm informed
☾Commissioner may not redistribute the commissioned work for commercial use. Feel free to ask if you are not sure.
☾Commissioned work may only be used by the commissioner and those who have the consent of the commissioner to use.
