- by commissioning me, the client agrees to have read and agree to the following terms.
- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
- These terms are subject to revision and change without notice.
- Commissions are worked on in an order according to my discretion.

I. GENERAL TERMS
- Please provide a clear and detailed reference in color.
- Any specific requirements/ details must be mentioned.
- I also reserve the right not to take commissions for what ever reason, specified or unspecified.
II. PAYMENT
- Payment is required upfront and will be done through Paypal invoices in USD.
- No work will begin on a commissioned work until the invoice is paid.
- Invoices must be paid within 1 week or they may be cancelled, and your slot will be voided.
- However, if there are any unforeseen circumstances in your part, please contact me to discuss the matter.
- If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge extra.
III. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
-Any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc.) I will correct it, free of charge.
-However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you.
-State everything clearly and in full detail when ordering.
-Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission. Please
-If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will simply have to commission me again.
IV. PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT
- I have full rights over my artwork. Regardless of you being the commissioner, the art still belongs to me.
- The commissioner is not permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising unless agreed upon by me.
- All artworks are for personal use only. If you want an artwork for commercial use, there is a fee. Please state so in the beginning of the commission.
- Commissioners are not entitled to the psd, sai or other files which contain layers. I will only send the commission as a png file or gif file if it is animated.

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without me, the artists' consent.
V. REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION
- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If this happens, your complete payment would be refunded, exclusive of the fees from the first transaction.
- Refunds are only available if I haven't started working on your commission yet.
- There would be no refunds once I started working on your commission.
- Once your request for a refund is accepted, you may only receive a refund of 50% of your payment.
- Refunds exclude additional costs such as Paypal and currency exchange fees.
