[PAYMENT]
[#] I take Paypal only! All payment must be in USD. Before your order is started, at least half the payment must be made upfront. This is due to having people skip out payments in the past.
[REFUNDS]
[#] Full refunds are only if I haven't started. Half of your payment can be returned if you request before I inks. I supply progress pictures and thumbnails so once I start inking/coloring, you CAN NOT have a refund. (This applies mostly to occurrences outside of A&C)
[PROCESS]
[#] Please send any reference material or written descriptions needed for the characters such as model/pose references, character sheets, etc with your Order Form. I will message you if I accept or deny the commission.
[#] For the quality and happiness assurance of the customer, you, Progress reports on orders to show you the current status before completion will be send out during the various stages. This will allow you to request tweeks and changes to the commission as need be. (Mind you, there happens to be a limit to how many changes you can make to order) If any major changes are needed, they must be be done before the inking/coloring stage.
The exception to that is for Full Illustration, as it is edited while I am coloring. I will give you warning before we reach the stage where major edits are unable to be done.

[#] Certain commissions (including complicated designs, reference sheets, comic projects, or 2 character pictures) take longer to finish then normal.
