Commissioning Terms

• I reserve the right to decline a request based on the complexity/subject matter.
• I also reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unexpected circumstances. The buyer's payment will be refunded in full if this is the case.
• If the buyer is inactive for more than 1 week without notice, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with forewarning given.
• Minor changes are allowed after payment, but nothing involving different characters or extras.
• For the best accuracy of the final commission, please provide me with image references to avoid any errors when I start on the commission. References may be anything easily distinguishable of the character, pictures are preferred.
• I will not start work unless the buyer has made a deposit payment through Artists n Client's system. I will also not give the final item until I have received payment in full.

• Edits on my art are not to be done by anyone other than me.

• Price may change if you need very detailed art or you need to speed things up

Terms of Usage

• You may not claim you're the author of the pic but attribution is not necessary tho always appreciated!
• You have the right to use the images for personal purposes.

• Commissioned artwork cannot be sold commercially without prior notice, as there will be price changes should it be so.
• Commissioned Fan Art cannot be sold commercially. I am not responsible for any related crime hereafter being paid for the commission.
• I, as the artist, reserve the rights to use the image myself, such as for online galleries/portfolios/etc.
