By buying from me, you acknowledge all of the following:
• I will not start the commission until I receive your payment.
•I am not perfect, therefore I may make small mistakes in your commission. If it's fixable, I will do my best to make it right. If the mistake is unfixable, I will either add in extras (most likely art) with your commission, or redo it so that I do not steal your money.
• The money will go towards my personal use, or towards whatever I need it for at that moment.
• I will not use your personal information for anything other than your commission.
• If, during shipment, something went wrong, I will try my best to fix it. I will NOT, however, redo your commission. If your shipment does not arrive, I will send extras to make up for the inconvenience.
• For art commissions, if I do not have the correct color for your character, I will try my best to come close to it. I do not have all of the Copics, therefore, I might use colored pencils along with markers to achieve the color as close as possible
• I have my own schedule, so if your commissions take a while, please do not get angry. I will finish it, and I will get the product to you.
Do not complain about my prices. I put hours of work into each of my commissions.
I have the full right to deny you service for any logical reason.
Once you pay, you will be added onto my queue. I will finish everyone's commissions who is in front of you, and then I will work on yours.
