Process
The general process will be the one already set by this website, and we will be using their watermark and payment system. Payment will be in USD through PayPal.
As the artist ..
- I reserve the right to decline any request without question.
- I keep full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.
- I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio for self promotion, unless otherwise specified.
- I will not begin a commission until payment has been marked as sent.
As the commissioner ..
- you may not use the commission for commercial or profit purposes.
- you may use the commission for personal purposes only, such as posting on various websites, cropping the image for avatars, banners, etc, as long as I am always properly credited.
- you may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without my expressed, written permission.
These Terms of Service are subject to revision without notice. Once the commission has officially started , it is assumed the you have agreed to all Terms.
