The artist was incredibly friendly and responded quite quickly. I received regular updates of sketch, line, and colored progresses so that I could pitch in and follow along with the work. It may have taken a little longer than I had originally anticipated, but the quality of the work that I received was WELL worth it! I would more than happily commission the artist again and advise that you do the same.
