As a fan of chesty women in art, I cannot recommend this artist enough. As a commissioner who values the process as much as the end result, I cannot recommend this artist enough. As someone who was interested by NCC's style and was extremely impressed with how my OC's translated into a finished product, I cannot recommend this artist enough.
