By commissioning me (neuronine), you agree to the following terms:
All communication regarding commissions must be clear and respectful.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
I generally don't accept NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. Requests that include explicit themes are likely to be denied.
Prices are subject to change on complexity, subject matter, or other factors, but will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to payment. Prices may go up due to demand and experience as time goes on.
You will receive updates during milestones (e.g., sketch, line art, color). Communication will be most constant during the sketch phase. Once everything has been agreed upon, the commission will turn to the line art phase where not as much can be changed or altered.
After line art has been finalized, excessive changes may incur additional fees.
Turnaround time varies depending on workload, complexity, and my personal schedule.
I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it publicly on social media. If you want to keep something private please discuss it in more detail with me. Privacy is not guaranteed.
Commissioners may repost the work with credit and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not claim the artwork as your own, alter it without permission, or use it commercially.
If I must cancel the commission for any reason, a refund will be issued.
I DO NOT ACCEPT COMMISSIONS THAT INVOLVE HATE SPEECH, OFFENSIVE OR DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT, or anything that makes me personally uncomfortable.
These terms are subject to change at anytime without notice, but the version in effect during the commissioning will apply.
