GENERAL TERMS
• I, the artist, have the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable for any reason.
• The commissioner must provide references and a detailed description of the subject they want to have commissioned.
• Any harassment towards me will result in me canceling the commission.
PROCESS
• Discussion of the details of the commission and its price will be completed before payment.
• Work will only begin on a commission once payment has been charged on the site.
• After the payment has been received, changes may be made as long as the sketch isn't approved
• Once an initial sketch has been completed, I will send that sketch to the
commissioner, and they will have the opportunity to request reasonable changes.
• If I deem a request unreasonable, there will be an additional fee proportionate to the size of the change.
TIMEFRAME
• Commissions will be completed within the referral slot of payment being received unless otherwise negotiated.
• If I am unable to complete a commission within the timeframe agreed upon, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• Should any delays occur in my completion of the commission, I will alert the commissioner as soon as possible.
COPYRIGHT AND USE
• I retain the rights to the finished commission.
• For personal (non commercial) use.
The commissioner may NOT:
Sell copies, physical or otherwise, of the commission.
Monetize the commission in any way.
Claim the artwork as belonging to them (they may claim the characters if they are original).
Use the artwork as data in the training of artificial intelligence programs, softwares, or algorithms.
Include the artwork in datasets that may be used in the training of artificial intelligence programs, softwares, or algorithms.
The commissioner MAY:
Print the commission without the intent to distribute.
Claim ownership of any original characters.
Post the art to social media and/or use the art as a header or profile picture as long as proper credit is given clearly to me, the artist.
