The creator will not transfer any copyright or moral rights in the work.
- Scope of use
The illustrations ordered and created through this service can be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes only by the customer who purchased the work,
or their representative.
However, if you wish to use it for commercial purposes, an additional fee will be charged.
- Commercial use
If you use the work created for commercial purposes, 50% of the basic fee will be charged.

- Secondary use fee
The basic fee for illustrations listed on the page is "production cost + primary use fee".
If there are multiple uses and media, a multiple use fee (50% of the production cost for each additional use) will be charged as a general rule.

Please declare all intended uses when placing your order.
If you would like to use the work for a purpose other than the original purpose after delivery, please be sure to contact us by message.
Prohibited matters
Tracing the work and claiming to be your own work are prohibited.
Excessive modification of the work is prohibited. (Trimming for icons and video thumbnails is permitted.)
Use for R18 content is prohibited.
Use for AI learning is prohibited.
Secondary distribution or sale of the work itself (e.g. stock illustrations, NFT) is prohibited.
Use that violates public order and morals is prohibited.
・Use for the purpose of disseminating political or extremist ideas is prohibited.
・We will not accept requests for copyrighted works that have not been approved for commercial use.
・Illustrations and rough sketches in the process of production will not be included in the delivered items. Please refrain from publishing them without permission.
Notes
・If the client does not contact us for three days, the request will be canceled. Please let us know in advance if it will be difficult to contact us.
・The created work may be posted on social media, portfolios, etc.
・Additional fees will be charged for major changes after the start of the final draft.

・If the use of a work interferes with the creator's activities, the creator has the right to request that the use be stopped.
