By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
the commission will not be started until payment is received
If I make a mistake -- such as a forgotten detail, wrong colors, etc. that was clearly described in your info,
I will correct my mistake free of charge! However changes like changing the pose,
adding something new etc will cost extra! I will send you a WIP of the pose and such
and at that point it is fine to ask for some slight changes before I render it!
Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date,
please let me know when you send me your commission details.
Quick deadlines will cost more as I will have to bump your commission before everyone else’s!
Usually I get commissions done within 2 weeks!
I try to stick to first come first serve, but if I am feeling especially inspired to work on one commission I may do that one early!
Permissions:
I retain all rights to my art. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites for my portfolio.
I may also record my process for patreon. I will credit to your name of course!
If you would like for me to refrain from posting your image on my galleries let me know before payment!
Even if I do not post the artwork online, please credit me as the artist whenever posting the work.
You may print it out for yourself or use it for a tattoo or any personal thing, but do not sell the artwork
if you do want a piece for commercial use to sell, let me know when requesting the commission, it will raise the price!
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason,
then you must request it before I've started your commission.
If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am.
I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete!
