Commission Process and Guidelines
- Initial Details
To ensure we align on your vision, please provide the following details:
Face/Faceclaim: Include references or links to character inspiration.
Pose/Expression: Describe or share references for the desired pose and facial expression.
Clothing/Armor: Specify the outfit, materials, or references you'd like.
Hair/Style/Color: Describe or reference the hairstyle and color scheme.
Additional Details: Include any extra features or design elements you'd like incorporated.
Once I have this information, I’ll create a rough sketch to capture the pose, expression, and overall design.
- Sketch Phase
After reviewing the rough sketch, you'll have the chance to suggest adjustments. This stage is crucial for locking in your vision, so please share detailed feedback.
Note: Major changes (e.g., altering the pose) will be difficult to implement once the sketch is finalized, so make sure everything feels right at this stage.
Approval and Payment
Once the sketch is approved, payment will be required to confirm your order. From here, I'll begin refining the piece.
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Updates
Throughout the process, I’ll send WIPs so you can review and point out any potential errors. Minor tweaks are encouraged here to ensure the piece meets your expectations.
Finalization and Delivery
When the piece is finished, I’ll share the completed artwork with you. Minor adjustments (e.g., color corrections or small details) can be made at this stage. However, drastic changes won’t be possible.
Feedback and Completion
Once the final product is approved, I’ll consider the project complete. Thank you for commissioning me!
