Taking Commission/slot
✦•✦•···················•Taking commission/slot and proceeding with paid status means the client agrees and understands the TERMS and POLICY.
✦•✦•···················•No refund allowed after the initial commission/slot has started.
✦•✦•···················•I will update at least once a day on the WIP (work in process).
✦•✦•···················•After the commission/slot has been placed, I will send a rough sketch of the idea based on the details you (Client) sent.
✦•✦•···················•If I(Artist) deem the request not fit or I am unable to do I have the right to turn down the commission/slot.
✦•✦•···················•Recorrecting details is ok but too much revision is not. If I Artist redeems the correction too much to handle. The commission will be stopped until we reach what conclusion and solve the problem. I’m an artist who has my own style and way of drawing things if you tried me to make things not in my range please don’t commission me. Upon requesting a commission here you do know that you commissioned me for my artwork style.
✦•✦•···················•The artwork price may increase depending on your (Client) request.
✦•✦•···················•Client requesting additional detail or change after the first initial details given will be charged depending on the details added.
✦•✦•···················•Client that seeks UNNECESSARY adjustment revision and changes is not allowed.
✦•✦•···················•Client who needs a customed commission needs to clarify the details. Please message me before taking a commission/slot.
✦•✦•···················•Indication of the artwork’s limits (can draw and can’t not) is located at the commission/slot details.
≿━━━━༺❀༻━━━━≾Finish Artwork ≿━━━━༺❀༻━━━━≾
✦•✦•···················•Again, refund is not available.
✦•✦•···················•You can request a Video of the process but with an additional $45. Uploading the raw file is not permitted you need to first edit the video and delete the footage I accidentally show. Ex. Facebook, YouTube, and others that should not be included.
✦•✦•···················•Requesting for additional timelapse of the artwork will charge additional $40.
✦•✦•···················• Clients, who seek artwork changes after finishing the artwork may be charged with extra fee.
✦•✦•···················•Finish artwork that requested to be revised may not have out too much revision otherwise I recommend taking another commission/slot.
✦•✦•···················•Client will have an artwork copy together with different file format. In case of a lost copy, you may request another copy.
✦•✦•···················•Requesting for a Source file will charge 25$ on any type of commission.

✦•✦•···················•The artworks are owned by you and you may use it to anyway you want. Be it merchandise, cover illustration, or Content asset etc. If someone violate the @copyrights using your artworks, I will assist you only on confirming the legitimacy of the clients who commission the artwork.
✦•✦•···················•Third parties who don’t have permission to use the art should not publish, generate income involving the said art, publicly claiming to own the art. He/she should seek permission from the client or artist to use the artwork.
✦•✦•···················•Artist may publish the art but with signature(watermark) and indication that it was a commission artwork.
✦•✦•···················•Clients can withhold the artist from posting the artwork but will be charged an extra fee. ($25 withhold post rights)
✦•✦•···················•Copy Rights strikes are only needed once someone violated the TOS/TOP.
✦•✦•···················•If you find another artist impersonating me, claiming to own my artworks and not the client of that said artwork then please report back to me together with the link. Or report to the site he’s posting.
