Hi, Lumi here! ~ Welcome to my Terms of Service! By ordering or purchasing services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

• Services Offered

I offer illustration services specializing in anime-style and surrealism artwork. The scope of the project, including details such as size, format, and deliverables, will be agreed upon in advance.

• Copyright and Ownership

I retain the copyright to all artwork created unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

Clients are granted a personal use license unless commercial use has been discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Redistribution, editing, or resale of the artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media unless the client requests confidentiality.

• Liability

I am not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the artwork.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the artwork’s usage complies with all applicable laws.

• Confidentiality

All information shared for the project will remain confidential and will not be shared or used outside the scope of the commission.

• Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, specifically under Indonesian Civil Law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts applicable in South Jakarta, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
