The following terms apply to every commission:
You as the commissioner:
*May upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me.
*May edit my work without permission for any non-commercial purposes.
*May not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for the purpose of selling it.
*If you are reselling a character depicted in an image made for you, then the buyer may only purchase the reposting rights to the image. I still retain all copyright.
Me as the artist:
*I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork online as advertisement, but you will be credited as the commissioner.
*I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for self promotion.
Working process:
*The time it will take for me to finish your commission will depend on the difficulty; I will give you a rough estimate of the time required before we begin.
*Major editing will only be undertaken during sketching; only minor edits may be done once coloring has begun. Reference images are highly recommended and preferred for commissions, however, I will work from a description, provided it is fairly detailed. The less info you give me, the more you allow for your commission to be at my discretion.
*I do not work under rush deadlines.
Payments:
*I accept payment plans. Half may be paid before the first sketch, and the second half before coloring is to begin. I do not produce any work before payment has been sent.
*At least partial payment must be sent within 72 hours of your commission being accepted. Failure to do so will have your commission dropped. Commission quotes are only valid for 72 hours. If you require more time, please talk to me! I can be flexible.
*I do not give refunds, please think carefully before requesting the process and making your first payment.
Pricing:
*Prices are non-negotiable.
*I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.
*The rates listed here are for commissions for personal use only; commissions for commercial use are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and have different rules and rates.
Further Notes:
*I do not do sexually explicit artwork. I'm down for pushing the boundaries only a tiny bit, but am not really interested otherwise. Romantic and sensual, however, I've got no problem with.
The following terms apply only to traditional/handmade artwork:
*Artwork/items will be shipped the day after the final payment has been received. I will take care of shipping and handling fees.
