Chrientmip Terms of Service

1. General

Chrientmip offers premium anime art commissions. By ordering, you agree to these terms. We provide character illustrations, design sheets, chibis, and emotes/emojis. We may refuse commissions that violate our ethics or copyright laws. Unauthorized use (e.g., NFTs, AI training) is prohibited and may result in blacklisting.

2. Payments

• Full payment required upfront via Artist & Clients.
• 50% non-refundable deposit for commissions over $200.
• Rush fees may apply for expedited work.

3. Revisions

• Unlimited revisions during sketch phase.
• 2 free minor revisions after sketch approval.
• Additional minor revisions: $10 each.
• Major changes may cost extra.
• Color adjustments allowed during coloring.
• Post-completion changes may incur fees.

4. Deadlines and Delivery

• 1-2 weeks for single characters.
• 2-4 weeks for complex pieces.
• Rush orders available for extra fee.
• Delivery via Artist & Clients in high-res JPG and PNG.

5. Usage Rights

• Personal and limited commercial use allowed.
• Separate agreement needed for merchandise or large-scale use.
• Credit Chrientmip when displaying publicly.
• No unauthorized modifications or AI-related use.

6. Intellectual Property

• Chrientmip retains copyright.
• Clients get non-exclusive license for agreed use.
• We may use work in our portfolio unless NDA signed.
• We may sign or watermark our work.

7. Refunds

• Available only before sketch approval.
• Partial refund if we can't complete due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Communication

• Via Artist & Clients messaging system.
• Prompt responses expected from clients.

9. Additional Terms

• We maintain client confidentiality.
• Not liable for delays due to force majeure.
• Disputes resolved through Artist & Clients, then arbitration.
• Terms may be amended; check periodically.
