Terms of Service for Custom Digital Art Commissions
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
General
- All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed (commercial rights may incur additional fees).
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
Payment
- Full payment or a 50% deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final artwork.

- Prices are subject to change, but quotes given before a change will be honored.
Process
- I will provide progress updates (e.g., sketches for approval).

- Clients may post the artwork online with proper credit.
- You cannot resell, edit, or redistribute the artwork unless commercial rights have been purchased.
Commercial Rights
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, promotions) must be discussed beforehand. Fees will be applied based on the type of usage.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear references and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Respond promptly to feedback requests to keep the project on schedule.
Final Delivery
- Completed works will be delivered in [file formats].
- You will receive high-resolution files after the final payment is cleared.
