COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY*:
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise*, print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially;*
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork;
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
Using the artwork for any AI research or image iteration purposes, including but not limited to machine learning, neural networks, or any other similar technology.
If the artwork is intended for commercial use, it must be specified below in the dedicated section of this form. In that case, the usage policy, as well as the pricing will be different. I will be reaching back to you with all the necessary details if your submission gets approved.
To ensure a fair and legal use of the artwork, I please request that you acquire the necessary commercial rights for its intended use. Any usage of the commissioned artwork commercially without having bought the commercial rights is considered copyright infringement. Failure to do so may result in legal action being taken to protect my rights.
