GENERAL
Making the payment signifies agreement to the terms outlined below:

PROCESS AND REVISIONS
For "Surprise Me" commissions, the pose and composition of the artwork will be determined at my artistic liberty.

For "Surprise Me" commissions, no sketch updates will be provided—only the final artwork will be delivered.

I will make free revisions to the final piece if I make a mistake or miss important character details on my end.

My style is constantly evolving, so the final artwork may slightly differ from previous works or examples in my portfolio.

DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
You are purchasing a digital file only; no physical products will be shipped.

Artwork will be delivered within 1-3 months.
If fail to deliver the artwork within 3 months, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not available under any other circumstances unless I decide otherwise.

Rush orders will incur a 60% fee and will be treated as priority commissions, moving to the top of the queue, with a guaranteed delivery within 30 days.

USAGE POLICY
Listed prices are for personal use only.

The commissioner owns personal usage rights to the illustration. You may use it as an icon, print it for personal use, etc.

However, you may NOT use the illustration for profit, including commercial products like merchandise, prints, books, or any other commercial purposes.

Commercial commissions will be prioritized, and I'll adjust the queue to accommodate them whenever possible.

For commercial commissions, please specify the intended use of the illustration.
2.5x price for digital commercial use (e.g., promotional art, streaming graphics, etc.).
4x price for artwork used on merchandise, printed materials, or other commercial formats.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork and reserve the right to publish it for self-promotion. If the artwork is fanart, I also retain the right to monetize it.

You may not claim the artwork as your own or make edits without my permission.

Please credit me when sharing or uploading the commissioned artwork.

For private artwork (non-published), an additional 60% fee will apply.

WHAT I DRAW
Female characters, VTubers, fanart, subtle gore, and soft NSFW are accepted.

Hard NSFW, furry characters, mecha, elderly characters, heavy armor and highly muscular characters will not be accepted.

COMMUNICATION
will be conducted via Artists & Clients or Instagram.
