I ordered at a very busy time for the artist, so there was a bit of a wait (but only by a couple weeks over the estimated time, so nothing too bad!). The artist was more than willing to work with me and make changes/corrections to my piece until it was absolutely perfect. Very sweet and kind and eager to give you the best piece possible! End result was a beautiful piece I love!
