After asking me to do a sketchy deal by lowering the price of the art and I'd give him a larger tip so he can have a bigger payout, this artist then ONLY gave a sketch (with no color) to review. Which is fine. Said that no changes were going to be made further. I thought this was only about the loose sketch. But apparently that also meant with the color portion as well. When the final art was produced, the artist blamed me for not having reference arts for the artist to use even though he was able to color the rest of the art no problem. Not to mention the price of the art was not exactly cheap. Anyway... not satisfied.
