How it works:
-We will discuss together what you would like me to draw for you. We can discuss if you'd like me to draw an original character or an existing character. Let me know about the personality because it helps me pose and personalize them better for you! :)
-References are super helpful! It will save us both time in achieving the artwork you'd like me to do for you.
-Once agreed upon, I will proceed to the sketch phase and send 1-2 sketches. We can decide from there on what to adjust. You are entitled to 1 major revision during the sketch phase. Minor revisions are free.
-If you would prefer it, you may let me have creative freedom, however you are no longer entitled to the major revision during the sketch phase. If you have a pose or anything specific you prefer in mind, please be sure to let me know before I start on anything.
Payments:
Payments will be accepted via PayPal only. I will send you an invoice for this.
A 50% payment will be required before I start on anything. This is considered non-refundable once I have started on the sketch. Once the sketch is approved, the rest of the 50% will be paid then I will proceed to the rendering phase.
You are not allowed to pay extra to get on top of the queue.
Turnaround time:
-I only work on this during my free time so I don't have a solid turnaround time. Some commissions may take 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months. Please be patient with me! Thank you so much!
Revisions:
-Revisions are limited up to 1 major revision only during the sketch phase. Minor revisions are free of charge during the sketch phase and in the render phase.
-Major revisions are no longer allowed if you have already approved the sketch and I am already working on the render.
-Major revisions include:
Changing the entire pose, changing the entire composition, changing the character, anything that would have me draw or redraw a huge portion of the drawing, change the entire sketch from scratch.
-Minor revisions include:
Changing the color of something in the artwork, minor tweaks to proportions, changing the size of something in the artwork, adding small shadows/lines in a small area, or adding dedications/messages. Anything that does not involve me starting from scratch.
-Revisions from the mistakes of the artist are free of charge.
My rights as the artist:
-I have the right to accept or decline any commission I am not comfortable to do.
-I have the rights to my commissioned artworks and I have the freedom to post it on social media unless requested for privacy reasons. Feel free to give me a heads up :)
-I will only take credit for the original artwork I created. I will not take credit for any modifications done to it.
Things to note as the commissioner:
-Commissioned works are strictly for personal use only. I charge differently for commercial use, please contact me first.
-You may not sell the commissioned works intended for personal use as merchandise.
-You may not tokenize and sell my artworks and commissions as NFTs.
-You may not claim this artwork as something you made yourself.
-You may not feed my art to AI image generating programs.
