GENERAL

English isn't my main language, so it will take time for me to reply any messages.
If I am not comfortable with the client's request, I have the right to refuse any request.

Purchasing my service means you agree to the following:
PAYMENTS
only by this site

REVISIONS
I will always show a sketch to the commissioner before proceeding with anything about the process. You can ask me for revisions, (revision limit is 3x)

DEADLINES
I usually don't work with deadline, unless in my post/service I state the turn around time. Setting a deadline and rush may charge you additional fees.
The work will be completed within 1 month at the latest, depending queue
I'll give you the progress on your desired communication platform. I'll wait for your approval & revision if needed. If there is no response from you when I asking for approval or revision within 4 days, I will continue the order even without your confirmation.

COMMERCIAL USE
The price for COMMERCIAL USE is $35(additional) for each drawing / character (This includes if the drawing will be used for streaming platform, or whatever public page for promotional or advertising purposes)

PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the right to use all commissions as part of my portfolio or show them to other clients as examples of my work, unless you ask me not to.

I have right to every commission result. It means I am the rightful owner of the art (although I maybe not the rightful owner of the character) as the artist who draw it. I may upload the commission result wherever I want (if it's not NDA commission), use it for personal-use only (portfolio showcasing), but I cannot resell it. The same goes to the client; client may upload the commission result wherever they want, use it for personal-use only, but the commission result cannot be resold. If you wish to use the art for commercial-use, please tell me beforehand and refer to my commercial-use price.

REFUNDS
I don't do refunds. Please don't ask for a refund unless I state I cannot complete the orders. Refund is only eligible if we have agreed on a deadline before, and I can't meet it.

PROHIBITION
Please don't use my art to generate more image using AI or any other tools.
