TERMS OF SERVICE:
I have the right to reject any commission that I am not comfortable completing & am not obliged to disclose reason for rejection.
1. DO NOT USE commissioned art commercially without permission. Commercial use will have additional fees. See "Usage" below for more info.
2. DO NOT CLAIM the artwork as your own. You must credit. Crediting for use as icons on social media is appreciated not required. DO NOT edit, trace or use for AI learning.
3. DO NOT remove watermarks.
4. Only commision fanart with consent of the individual - eg. Streamers. Please be especially aware for shipping/couple art.
5. Generally, I am open to 2 revisions (not major) throughout the commissioning process. NOT after the art is completed and agreed upon.
I will provide 3 snapshots:
1) draft
2) flat color
3) fully coloured - changes in coloring only
6. Full payment upfront. See "Refund" below for further information.
7. Clients will receive a PNG for illustrations.
PNG & PSD for VTuber models.
PNG, PSD & Live2D files for Rigged Models (if I drew & rigged the model).
8. Once request is confirmed, expected completion time may range from 1 week to 90 days, depending on commission type, my schedule and complexity of the request.
9. You must pay via the site that you commissioned me on.
eg. Ko-Fi if commissioned through Ko-Fi. Pixiv if through pixiv.

Commission Usage
You MAY use the commissioned work for:
1. Personal Use:
- For your own use.
This includes personal use, repost with credit, profile pictures, banners.
- No additional fee required
2. Stream Asset:
- Vtuber models, stream overlays & logos
- Use as schedule art, thumbnails, etc. MUST credit.
- No additional fee required
3. Promotional:
- Promotions outside of streaming
eg. events, music covers etc
- Additional 1.5x of price
eg. $20 x 1.5 = $30
4. Redistribution:
- To be used for merch in ANY FORM,
eg. merch, acrylic stands, pillows, keychains, etc
- Additional 2 to 3x price, depending on commission type.

REFUND
1. I will issue a refund if:
- I no longer wish to work on your request.
- I am unable to finish the commission due to personal reasons.
- I cannot finish the request on time (if client sets a deadline) and is not open to discussion
I reserve the right to refund ONLY the amount for uncompleted work.
2. Cancellations and refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons
- Refund asked after draft approval.
- Reasons that exceed the specified reasons above in 1.
