GENERAL
Thank you for your interest in my art. By commissioning me, you agree with all of this terms and conditions following down:
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.The commission will be transferred digitally always, I don't send anything via mail.I do not work with AI generated references.I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason whatsoever, without the need to explain.
PAYMENTS
All transactions are to be paid in full upfront, I won't start the commission if I did not receive the payment. The transaction will be made via VGen.Payments must be made within 48 hours.There are no refunds for finished art.
REVISIONS
2 revisions after sending the colored sketch. If I don't recieve any reply or information up to 3 days I will proceed with the commission. Any revision after this point will have a fee of +10% of the original price.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
After confirming the commission you will be added to my waiting list.Once the sketch is done you will receive it with the opportunity of 2 changes, as seen in the appendix "revisions".The estimated time will vary from the type of commission and the engrossment of the waiting list, however, it is ranged between 1 week to 2 months depending on the difficulty and availability.
USE
The base commissions and prices are set for personal use, if you are looking for a commercial commission, I must know to negotiate it, which can add up to 2-4 times the price.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Do not copy or trace my art and designs by any circumstance.Do not use my art if you have not paid for it.Please credit me properly if you are posting my art anywhere.Do not resell or modify without my permission.
RESTRICTIONS
Art has limitations depending on one's style, please refrain to ask for a commission if it is listed on my "won't do".
