You agree to my terms of service by commissioning me.

For any reason, I reserve the right to reject any commission.

It is strictly prohibited to use work in NFTs or to train AI programs.

My art style may vary slightly from the provided examples. If you have a specific style in mind, please specify with an example when filling out the request form.

REVISIONS

WIPs will be posted as I progress.

Details and tiny mistakes that I may have missed can be revised for free.

After the commissioner approves the finalized sketch or lineart phase, major changes (such posing, clothes, composition, or a noticeable change in expression) are not permitted. Please let me know if anything changes.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
It should take between two and seven days in total, depending on the commission queue and current work schedule. Any delays brought on by external factors will be promptly announced. The commissioned artwork will be emailed by the artist to the email address you provide on the request form. The client is responsible for making sure the email address they gave is accurate and up to date, and that their inbox is not full.

RIGHTS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All commissions are only intended for personal use.

All ownership rights to the created artwork belong to the artist.

I am able to display commissioned work wherever for promotional purposes or use it as an example in the future.

The finished piece of art is able to be uploaded by the customer to their own website or social media accounts as long as they provide proper credit.

The artwork cannot be altered by the client or claimed as their own.

The client cannot use the art for profit, including but not limited to merchandising, livestream branding, etc.

Reproduction, editing, and dissemination without permission are all strictly forbidden.

Fees for commercial use will apply; they can be arranged in advance.
