I reserve the right to decline a commission at any time. You are only purchasing a digital file (.png), not a physical item. Art style may vary. The use of my art for AI or NFT is strictly prohibited.Crediting me is mandatory if you respost or use my art, also highly appreciated.
I don't do the following:
Furry (Kemonomimi is Ok), Heavy mecha, Elderly people, Buff bodies.
I don't dislike them, just not good at all.
PAYMENTS
The payment must be done before I start drawing. You must send the payment 24/72 hours after I confirm your order or you may lose your commission slot. Rushed orders can be done but will charge an extra fee. The base price may vary based on complexity. These terms of services will be accepted at the moment payment is done.
REVISIONS
I'll send you a messy sketch when I start working on your order. During the sketch phase you may ask me for any changes you think necessary. In the line art phase only very minor changes can be made.When I start colouring, no changes can be made (unless I have missed something). You can check the status of the commission in my Trello page!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I will update you on major points of the commission (sketch, lining, coloring), so feel free to contact me if needed, just keep in mind that I may take up to 2-3 days to respond depending on my workload.
USE
Drawings may take up to 2-3 months depending on your place in the waitlist. (It might take more if I need).
I work on a first comm, first served basis. Don't be surprised if I haven't started working on your order yet even after 2 or 3 weeks, especially if you are around the last spots on the list. If you have a deadline you must specify it before the payment. Please, be patient. Don't rush me, I'm a slow artist but I put all my love and effort on your orders ♡ (I will inform you in case of any inconvenience. Finished commission will be sent via e-mail and will always include a PNG file.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist:
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights.
I'm allowed to use the commissioned art on my social media or my portfolio (always giving credit to you as the owner of the original characters)
My signature will remain on the illustrations as a watermark.
As the client:
You receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for PERSONAL USE. (You can use my art for social media icons, banners and posts as long if I'm credited.)COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT ALLOWED. you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit, including but not limited to: NFT minting, selling copies (digital or printed) or using the artwork in advertisements.STRICTLY PROHIBITED Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) , ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes,DON'T Trace/ Edit/ Repost my art without permission or credits.
REFUNDS
Refunds will ONLY be made if:
I haven’t started working on your commission a refund of a 100% of the payment will be done.
If I have started to do the sketch, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Beyond the sketch phase (lineart, color...) THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
