All drawings will include a signature that you MAY NOT remove.

I might stream the drawing process on Picarto if its NSFW. Twitch if its SFW (I rarely stream AT ALL, but just in case)

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

PAYMENT

Just to double down. DON'T send any funds until both parties (Artist and Client) have agreed on the requested commission and invoice is sent.

For Sketch only comms. After the sketch(watermarked) is approved from both sides, and client is satisfied, I will send an invoice via PayPal.

The bigger charges WILL need a down payment before the sketch is started. Will most likely be 50/50, can be negotiable though.

If a down payment is made, the rest MUST be fulfilled before receiving the commissioned final piece.

If something unfortunate happens that makes it impossible to work on the commissioned work, my side or client side, a full refund of whatever was paid will be issued!

Sales are final as soon as the finished piece is given to the client.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

FIFO

I will notify you when I have started on your commission.

No hard deadlines or deadlines in general, I work with my estimated times listed.

Amount of reviews depend on my understanding of the work.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 4 weeks, depending on factors such as health, complexity of commissioned piece, and any other work, like other commissions that might be ahead of you and IRL work.

I try to update as often as possible to the current place in line, but I do have a habit of tunneling, so you have a right to ask for updates if I haven't updated in a few days or more. c:

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time above, I will let you know asap.

REVISIONS

A fee will NOT be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, be it something I missed or the client missed - Everyone makes mistakes, doesn't matter who. c:

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously been satisfied with, I am in my right to charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

You can use the art piece however you want. However, I DO retain the right to say it's not ok if it's used negatively. Otherwise, a credit is always appreciated!

I retain the right to use the art piece for my own promotional/sample imagery. Including editing it in anyway for future promos and gallery additions.

I, as well as the client, are able to post it on any social media.

You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the piece as your own.

Again, I WILL refund and cancel the commission if rudeness, no communication, and general harassment ensue.
