   By engaging in any business transaction or commissioning artwork with Drice, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change without notice, and the most recent version will always be applicable.

2. Collaboration: Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions, references, and vision for the artwork. Regular communication is essential for a successful collaboration.

3. Artistic Freedom: While client input is crucial, the artist reserves the right to exercise a certain degree of creative judgment during the creative process.

4. Revisions: The commission includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the commission slot. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Completion: The client will receive a digital version of the artwork as specified in the agreement.

6. Ownership: The client receives a license to use the artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified. The artist retains all rights to the original artwork, including the right to display and reproduce it in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.

7. Copyright: The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

8. Privacy and Data:
   All personal and financial information shared during the commission process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

9. Dispute Resolution:
   In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue.

By engaging in a commission with Drice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
